Who We Are

This website is operated by Dashbuy 1368 LLC, 1500 N Grant St STE N, Denver, Colorado 80203, United States ("Furora Air", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Warranty policies.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been confirmed, for example where we suspect fraud or resale, where a product is out of stock, or where there is an error in the price or the product information. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

We may limit the quantity of a product sold per order, per customer or per household.

Prices and Errors

Prices can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a mistake, we may cancel orders placed at that price, even after they have been confirmed, and refund them in full.

About the Product

Furora Air is designed to help with litter box odor in the area where it is installed. Results vary from home to home and depend on things such as the size of the room, ventilation, the number of cats and how the litter box is looked after. It does not replace cleaning the litter box.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration. Colors and small details can differ slightly from what you see on screen.

The product is intended for indoor household use. Use it as described in the instructions supplied with it, and keep it away from water and steam.

Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at hello@furorair.com so we can put it right. If a charge is disputed with a bank or card issuer, we may provide the issuer with the order, delivery and correspondence records for that order, and we may decline future orders from the same customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashbuy 1368 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Some States do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@furorair.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter.

Any legal action relating to these terms or to an order must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and both you and we consent to those courts. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action, and must be brought within 1 year of the date the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version posted on this website on the date of your order is the one that applies to that order.
